We have installed more than 4000 diffusers in various applications of ETP of parabolic rise plant, Pharmacy plant, milk and sugar processing unit etc. JAY ENGG designed and manufactured the complete aeration system, including stainless steel drop pipes, PVC manifolds and headers, stainless support stands. Goods arrived on site ready for installation on time, in good condition, and nicely labeled. JAY ENGG provides clear drawings, submittals and complete O & M manuals.
The aeration system works very well, and continues to save money on energy costs. Up to this date, we have neither needed to replace any membranes nor has there been any other maintenance required with the ® aeration system. At the time we did our overhaul we had considered other brands. We had honestly never heard of ® before.
